We are looking for an experienced Plant/Process Engineer for our Pulp & Paper Segment to support the Washougal, WA production facility by performing various engineering tasks as directed by the plant manager.
In this role you will be responsible for:
*Management of Change
*Process hazard analysis
*Pre-start up reviews
*Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions for process incidents.
What you will bring to the team:
Process troubleshooting Process Hazard Analysis leadership
Equipment sizing & specification PFD development
Equipment startup & commissioning Automation & controls knowledge
Project scope development Design safety reviews
Contractor management Equipment ordering
What we offer:
The starting salary range for consideration for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. The actual starting salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant employment history & experience, skill set/competencies, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health insurance, paid time off, life/disability insurance and a 401k retirement plan (which includes a company match).
