We are looking for a Plant Electrician to lead electrical work for the Juneau facility as part of a maintenance team with over 200 years of tenure! You will have the opportunity to own Electrician work at the facility with a team of Maintenance technicians.

What you’ll do:

• Work with our 1st shift Maintenance team: typically on a Monday – Friday schedule.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, locate the cause of breakdowns, and correct root causes.
• Maintain electrical equipment to meet regulatory codes at the country, state and federal level.
• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
• Perform duties safely utilizing established standard practices in accordance with industry standard electrical guidelines.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience as an electrician working in an industrial environment or an active Wisconsin Journeyman card.
• Experience in automation, conveying systems, and programming of VFDs.
• An understanding of PLC controls and knowledge to troubleshoot.
• An understanding of industrial electrical systems, including process control, high voltage, and low voltage applications.
• Physical capability of performing work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Ability to work overtime/off shift as needed to support projects or production issues.
