Our Reynosa Plant is the biggest Convatec manufacturing site globally and we have big ambitions for our plant. We are looking for our new plant Director, due to an internal move of our current Plant Director to support and promote the development of this key site, in line with our mission, values and vision.

On a technical level we need a leader who can also ensure compliance with EN 46001, ISO13485, the QSR from FDA and the medical device directive along with some key responsibilities for both the plant and the people who work here.

Key responsibilities in this role include :

- People leadership, engagement and development, ensuring everybody is aligned around our vision and they are set up for success to contribute to deliver.

- Managing the P&L for the plant

- Ensuring capacity plans are built and delivered with second to none production set up (from resources to processes to meeting the demands of GMP and ISO 13485).

- Embedding and engaging the plant around EHS, ensuring opportunities to ensure second to non health, safety and environment practices are continuously leveraged, with training delivered as appropriate to ensure the safety and safeguarding of all our Convatec employees.

- Reviewing EHSMS to ensure continued suitability, adequacy and effectiveness

We are looking for the following in our successful candidate :

- Purpose led, performance driven leadership style

- A passion to collaborate cross functionally and globally

- The courage and boldness to make a difference and to drive continuous improvements with and through teams.

- Medical Devices experience with strong knowledge on management of operational facilities.

- Substantial experience on production processes

- Excellent knowledge on ISO 13485, FDA, QSR's, GMP's

- Budget management
