At DAT-Schaub, we are strengthening our Finance organization across South America to support business growth, operational excellence and better decision-making. We are looking for a Plant Controller Specialist to join our Paraguay operation and become a key finance partner to the plant.
In this role, it is important to work in line with DAT-Schaub and Danish Crown's core principles of Totality, Talent, Ambition, Trust, and Followership This means acting with a business mindset, collaborating closely with Operations, taking ownership of results and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
About the Role
As a Plant Controller Specialist, you will support the financial performance of the Paraguay plant by providing cost analysis, reporting, forecasting and operational insights.
Working closely with Production, Supply Chain and Regional Finance teams, you will help ensure financial transparency, cost discipline and data-driven decision-making across the operation.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in Manufacturing Finance and Controlling within an international organization.
