Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. 根据公司的整体战略，制定并实施财务战略规划。进行重大经营决策时为管理层提供专业的财务分析和建议
2. 建立和完善财务管理制度和流程，确保财务工作的规范化和高效化
3. 领导和组织公司的全面预算编制工作，监督预算执行情况，降低运营成本。
4. 优化资金配置，提高资金使用效率，确保资金的安全和流动性
5. 监督公司的税务申报和缴纳工作，保障税务工作的准确性和及时性。
6. 组建和管理集团财务团队，明确团队成员的职责和分工。
7. 与外部审计机构、税务机关、金融机构等保持良好的沟通和合作关系
8. 完成领导安排的其他工作。

Your profile and competencies to succeed

理想的候选人：
1. 本科及以上学历，财务管理/经济学专业
2. 10年以上财务管理工作经验，其中5年以上大型集团或上市公司财务管理经验
3. 熟练掌握SAP相关模块，熟悉集团报表格式
4. 具备卓越的领导能力、战略思维能力和决策能力，能够在复杂的环境中把握全局。
5. 英语可作为工作语言
最低标准的候选人
1. 本科及以上学历，财务相关专业
2. 5年以上制造业财务工作经验
3. 具备深厚的财务分析、预算管理、资金运作、成本控制等财务管理能力。
4. 对数字敏感，逻辑思维严谨，具备较强的问题解决能力和创新精神
5. 具备基础英语能力，能承担压力
