We are looking for a new Financial Controller to join our Finance team. If you enjoy working with data, taking ownership, and partnering with management to support key business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

What will you do?

• Prepare regular financial reports and management analyses.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyse variances.
• Collect, process, and interpret financial data across the business.
• Analyse costs and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the Accounting team and other departments.
• Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting and controlling processes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in financial analysis.

Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Experience working with an ERP system.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
