Your Role at KIK
The Plant Controller reports tothe Divisional Controller and serves as the onsitefinance leader and strategic business partner to plant operations. This role leads planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financialanalysiswhileensuringcompliancewithcorporatepoliciesandGAAPstandards. Bytranslating financial data into clear business insights, the Plant Controller drives operational performance, strengthens cost control, and improves siteresults. This position partners closely with plant leadership and offers visibility to senior management, creatingmeaningful opportunity for impact and growth.
