Your Role at KIK

The Plant Controller reports tothe Divisional Controller and serves as the onsitefinance leader and strategic business partner to plant operations. This role leads planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financialanalysiswhileensuringcompliancewithcorporatepoliciesandGAAPstandards. Bytranslating financial data into clear business insights, the Plant Controller drives operational performance, strengthens cost control, and improves siteresults. This position partners closely with plant leadership and offers visibility to senior management, creatingmeaningful opportunity for impact and growth.

What You’ll Do

FinancialReporting&Close

• Leadmonthly,quarterly,andyear-endcloseinaccordancewith GAAP

• Maintainfullincomestatementandbalancesheetresponsibilityforthe facility

• Ensureaccuracyandintegrityoffinancialrecordsandinternal controls

BusinessPartnership&Analysis

• ProvidedailyandweeklyfinancialreportingonproductionandspendingmetricstothePlant Manager and leadership team

• Deliveroperationalfinancialanalysistocorporateandplant stakeholders

• Developactionablerecommendationstoimproveprofitabilityand performance

• Prepareadhocfinancialreportingandanalysisas requested

Cost&InventoryManagement

• Manageinventorycontrols,includingcyclecounts,obsolescencemonitoring,andinventoryturns analysis

• Analyzeproductionstandardsandinvestigatevariances(labor,material, overhead)

• Supportoperationalteamsinidentifyingcost reduction opportunities

Planning&Forecasting

• Leadtheannualbudgetandmonthlyforecast process

• Compareactualperformanceagainst budget, prioryear,and forecasts

• Identifyrisksandopportunitiesandcommunicateproactive solutions

Assets&Compliance

• Trackandsafeguardfixed assets

• Support auditsandpreparereportsforregulatoryandcorporate requirements

• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandfinancial procedures

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’sdegreerequired;degreeinAccountingorFinance preferred

• 3ormoreyearsofaccountingorfinanceexperienceinamanufacturing environment

• CPA preferred

• ExperienceinCPGoperationalaccountingstrongly preferred

• Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andfinancialpresentation skills

• Abilitytoinfluenceandcollaboratewithoperations leadership

• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice;ERPexperiencerequired -OracleJDE preferred

• Self-starterwith the abilitytomanage multiple prioritiesin a fast-paced environment
