SCOPE AND GOALS OF THE POSITION
To ensure the financial control of the referring Plant in terms of economic planning, results monitoring and deviation analysis, according to procedures and guidelines fixed by the Country Controller and the Division / BU Controller, supporting the Plant Manager in the ordinary financial management of the Plant itself.
ACTIVITIES
A. Guarantees a constant support to the referring Plant Manager in the management of the economic-financial aspects of the Plant ordinary activity;
B. Guarantees the analysis of sheet data supporting the Plant through the deviation analysis of costs and revenues;
C. Ensures the elaboration of Operations management index and prepares the Plant industrial report;
D. Guarantees the elaboration of production costs;
E. Ensures the support to the Plant Manager for investments, project/product plans, make or buy choices;
F. Guarantees the warehouse development, slow moving analysis implementation and verifies the application of correct inventory procedures;
G. Ensures the implementation of a monitoring and reporting system coherently with methodologies, procedures and guidelines fixed by the Country Controller
