Site Controller providing financial leadership and governance across manufacturing operations, with responsibility for site performance reporting, month‑end close, and cost control. Partners closely with plant management, Global Supply Chain Finance, and regional leadership to drive productivity improvements, capital planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing daily reporting,
Ensuring the timely and accurate closing of the books including inventory transactional accounting, obsolescence and related reviews and reconciliations,
Assisting in the month end close by reviewing the Site P&L and Opportunity Cost report
Supporting annual site budgeting and monthly forecast
Financial validation of physical inventory counts and related activities
Serve as the main point of contact for (GSC) HQ and the Region
This position is accountable for the daily, weekly and monthly preparation and analysis of reports for management's use in fiscal decision making
Provides analytical support for Operational Excellence cost savings projects, including Lean projects, Six Sigma, Capital Projects, Kaizen Events and 5S projects
Review, support and follow up on capital projects
Participation towards completion of monthly and ad hoc reporting and other related tasks and duties as directed or needed
Basic qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field
At least three years of relevant working experience
Good knowledge of English
Previous experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Problem solving and analytical skills
Strong emphasis on ability to take own initiatives, being able to find your ways and work independently
Preferred qualifications
Accounting experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment is preferred
Previous experience with the budgeting process is preferred
Previous working experience from an international company or from working abroad
Experience with Oracle ERP and Smart View and Essbase reporting tools.
Experience with business intelligence tools including Business Objects, OBIEE, or MicroStrategy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
MBA, CPA, CIMA, or other professional certification is preferred
