What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate the scale system to accurately weigh trucks and ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound materials.
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including data entry, ticket processing, and recordkeeping.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and plant personnel to support efficient daily operations.
• Monitor inventory activity and assist with reporting to maintain accurate material and product records.
• Support plant leadership by preparing routine logs, reports, and customer-facing documentation as well as weekly payroll and occasional employee support duties.

Work Environment

This role works in an operational plant setting, supporting scale operations and administrative tasks. The position may involve interactions in both office and outdoor plant areas, requiring adherence to all safety and environmental guidelines.
