Job Responsibilities:
1. Key responsibilities:
A) Following and establishing EHS protocols in the workplace.
B) Ensuring timely production & dispatch of the materials as planned by the Production head.
C) Ensuring smooth operation and process control of the equipment.
D) Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant.
E) Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI
F) Shift wise manpower allocation and machine planning for proper utilization of resources
G) Daily coordination with departmental heads of production, maintenance, quality & dispatch team
H) Meeting the quality & efficiency parameters of product following SOP/Work Instructions
I) Meeting all departmental KPIs and Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports.
J) Stock management of raw materials, chemicals and Finished Goods.
K) Providing necessary training to departmental workers as per guidelines.
2. SAP – PP module operation:
A) Check order details and packing requirement in SAP
3. Reporting :
Daily operational data reporting pertaining to KPI of Line 3.
Daily Headcount.
Monthly files like KPI reconciliation, rejection analysis.
Dashboard management (SQCDPE)
4. Quality :
Monitoring of daily quality parameters of products and quality clearance from QPC
Keeping track of in process testing results of produced finished goods.
Handling inspection of customers.
5. Packing of THC and Ramming Mass after quality clearance as per packing SOP and helping dispatch team to load truck as and when required.
6. OPEX
Implementation & active contribution in sustenance of 5S activity inside the plant.
Rollout of OPEX initiatives in NRW.
Visual management & Dashboard implementation at shop floor.
7. IMS : Basic understanding and compliance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 requirements.
8. Leadership
Should have leadership skills to take responsibility to the next level.
Profile/Competencies
Education, background, level of experience
Essential/Mandatory: Graduate in any stream/ HSC+ITI
Preferred:
Knowledge on plant operation, Warehouse Management and MS Excel.
Maximum age –30 years
CTC: 3 to 4 Lacs/annum
