Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organisation :
The role is responsible for professional administration in the plant office and finance tasks of the plant.

Main Position Tasks :

1. Manage daily plant office administration, including meeting coordination, official document filling, office procurement, event planning support, fixed asset management.

2. Support routine plant finance activities: booking, sort expense vouchers, process payment applications and follow up expense reimbursement via Rydoo.

3. Support routine plant material management activities: in-/outbound booking in Kingdee.

4. Collect operational data of the site, compile regular administrative, financial reports as requested by management.

Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related fields.

Type and length of necessary job experience : 1-3 years of experience in factory administration or finance assistant roles, manufacturing industry experience preferred. Familiar with factory daily operation and government liaison work.

Specific Knowledge :

1. Proficient in Office software for data statistics and report preparation; Familiar with office supplies procurement, fixed asset management and PPE management & distribution; Equipped with basic financial reimbursement; Skilled in Kingdee system operation; Able to independently complete daily administrative affairs, meeting arrangement and document filing.
2. Excellent communication, coordination and business reception capabilities; Able to independently complete reception and liaison work for headquarters and government visiting personnel and maintain good internal and external communication connections.
3. Meticulous, rigorous and responsible at work with strong execution and data sensitivity; Capable of coordinating daily administrative, financial work efficiently; Possess good team spirit and service awareness, and adapt to factory working environment.
4. Basic English proficiency is preferred; Familiar with Kingdee system operation is a must.
