The Plant 7 Support position is responsible for providing support in production and related operational activities at the Fresno, CA plant. This role primarily assists the rework department and helps ensure efficient daily operations.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday

(Weekend OT as needed)

Location: Fresno, CA

Travel Requirements: None

Work Environment: Manufacturing Environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Supports the mission, values, and vision of the company.
• Maintains the best interests of Lyons Magnus first and foremost.
• Works with Lyons Magnus employees in a positive and constructive manner to maintain professional relationships while demonstrating courtesy, discretion, friendliness, and diplomacy.
• Collaborates within a team environment to share information and assist others as needed.
• Opens and processes rework products.
• Conducts product inspections.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the rework department and surrounding grounds.
• Cleans drums for production use.
• Assists with special projects and inspections.
• Performs forklift-related duties.
• Completes miscellaneous operational support tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and build positive working relationships to support continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of food and beverage manufacturing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse and/or food and beverage manufacturing environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Experience with food and beverage ingredients and inventory preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
