We have an opportunity for a Plans Specialist who would be responsible for the successful end to end project coordination and transitional activities associated with client facing projects and internal initiatives. You will hold extensive industry knowledge and have experience working alongside ASX top 50 companies to provide successful outcomes across all Plan and Project types.

Why is this an exciting opportunity? Well as a Plans Specialist in CPM you will be involved in delivering a variety of small to medium sized recurring cyclical programs, client initiatives and internal projects to the wider CPM operational and Client Development teams in a period of transformation. As part of a close knit and supportive team you will work together to achieve deliverables.

Some of the other key accountabilities:

  • Deliver internal and external employee share plan related schemes, including Offers and Vesting’s, within agreed timeframes

  • Contribute to the planning and closing stages of a work stream associated with a larger project

  • Handle all tasks during the execution stage of a work stream

  • Assist with the development and review of effective processes and methodologies, including process improvement and reviewing best practice

  • Manage various administration and reporting duties which may include (but are not limited to); task lists, project plans, issue and risk registers, meeting agendas, meeting minutes and status reports

  • Maintain effective lines of communication, expectations and reporting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and complete implementation of each initiative

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in project coordination or administration.

  • Knowledge of employee share plans or experience in financial services.

  • Good to have industry knowledge with experience alongside ASX top 50 companies to provide successful outcomes across all Plan and Project types.

  • An understanding of PMBOK or similar Project Management methodology.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and intermediate Microsoft Project.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
