We are actively seeking Plans & Policy Officers (PPO) / Executive Officers (EXO) (3 to 20+ years of sponsor/ customer specific experience)with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets. Candidates will support senior leadership within a fast-paced Intelligence Community environment. This high-visibility role serves as a central coordination point for operational, policy, and executive-level tasking across the Sponsor and broader IC.
Review, vet, prioritize, assign, track, and respond to internal Sponsor and external taskings (IC, Executive Branch, Congressional, and other government entities).
Coordinate complex issues and actions across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community partners.
Prepare executive-level deliverables including talking points, read-ahead books, background papers, reports, and briefing materials.
Support congressional information requests, briefings, and budget-related actions.
Develop and support policies, strategies, and plans to advance mission objectives.
Conduct equity and de-confliction reviews to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
Support management of projects, programs, and external liaison relationships.
Assist in analyzing collection and operational issues and help develop corresponding plans, policies, and procedures.
Support efforts to develop, defend, and coordinate internal organizational policies, including facilitating resource, technology, and information sharing.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (mandatory).
Experience with customer/sponsor specific cable writing, classified databases, and IC tasking processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated briefing experience.
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority actions.
Level 2: requires 3 years of customer/sponsor specific experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 3: requires 7 years of customer/sponsor specific experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 4: requires 12 years of customer/sponsor specific experience and a Bachelor’s degree
Level 5: requires 20 years of customer/sponsor specific experience and a Bachelor’s degree
**Five (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degree.

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
