Summer Trainee is a short-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee you can get your first experience and learn from the best experts in this field. The internship usually lasts 3 months from July to September. Location: Poland, Bydgoszcz

• Support the planning and scheduling of remote engineers and field services, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Assist in coordinating field teams and projects, maintaining open communication channels.
• Generate and maintain accurate reports, providing insights into project progress and performance.
• Liaise with project managers and planners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Learn and apply best practices in planning and coordination, gaining valuable skills for your future career.
• Develop an understanding of IT and Telecom operations, enhancing your knowledge and expertise.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining mentorship and guidance throughout your internship.

Must-Have:

• Active student status
• Good English, both spoken and  written
• Willingness to work full-time during the summertime
• Proficiency in Excel, including the use of Macros, for efficient data management.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Outlook and standard office software, including SharePoint and MS Teams, for seamless collaboration.
• Basic understanding of IT and Telecom concepts, showing an interest in the field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate planning and coordination.
