This is how you will grow:

  • Provide expert support to the project team in planning and implementing assembly equipment and systems
  • Coordinate onsite preparation activities for final assembly projects, ensuring readiness and alignment with project timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including general contractors, to ensure effective communication and execution
  • Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; proactively identify and mitigate risks
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all project processes, plans, and implementation activities
  • Support coordination and control of multiple assembly planning activities across cross-functional teams
  • Oversee and support conveyor system planning, installation, and integration within the assembly environment
  • Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives related to assembly equipment and workflows
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, completeness, and compliance standards


Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in final assembly projects, particularly in onsite preparation and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and site coordination within manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Experience coordinating multiple activities within assembly planning and project environments
  • Solid understanding of plant engineering processes, including equipment installation and commissioning
  • Experience with assembly equipment and conveyor-related project processes

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in automation systems, including PLCs and corporate/industry standards (e.g., VASS6)
  • Knowledge of SMDS systems and functionality
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Jira
    • Confluence

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • German proficiency required; native or near-native preferred
