Job Description

Key responsibilities of the Planner role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Scheduling and coordinating NDIS audits in accordance with scheme requirements and customer commitments.
  2. Managing auditor availability, competency requirements, and utilisation.
  3. Ensuring audits are planned and delivered within contractual and regulatory timeframes.
  4. Monitoring audit delivery pipelines and proactively addressing scheduling bottlenecks.
  5. Liaising with customers regarding audit dates, rescheduling requests, and planning-related enquiries.
  6. Supporting revenue achievement by ensuring timely conversion of confirmed opportunities into delivered audits.
  7. Coordinating audit teams while managing conflict of interest and independence requirements.
  8. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Technical Review, and auditors to optimise resource allocation.
  9. Maintaining accurate planning information within NGPS and related systems.
  10. Monitoring upcoming certificate expiry dates and ensuring audit activities are scheduled appropriately.
  11. Supporting ongoing process improvements and planning initiatives.
  12. Identifying and escalating capacity risks that may impact delivery performance.
  13. Contributing to customer satisfaction through responsive and proactive planning support.
  14. Providing administrative support associated with planning and audit coordination activities.
