Your mission, roles and responsibilities

1. 根据公司中长期销售计划，作成产能需求分析报告并组织产能评审
2. 生产计划审核，长短期销售预测计划及客户订单整理并组织订单评审
3. 物料进度督促与协调，在制品控制，待制半制预防、分析及处理
4. 制定部门工作计划及下属工作目标，并定期向部门领导汇报工作成果
5. 产销协调会主持，部门人员绩效考评和培训落实
6. 相关数据的统计与分析
7. 相关体系流程文件建立与维护

Your profile and competencies to succeed
