ACG_3557_JOB Our client is a leading construction material manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
Lead and coordinate the S&OP process to ensure sufficient supply for both production and sales activities.
Work closely with Sales, Production, and Purchasing teams to align sales demand, production capacity, and material availability based on the 12-month rolling forecast.
Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales demand and material arrival schedules from the Purchasing team.
Monitor PSA performance and collaborate with the factory to make timely adjustments in line with actual production conditions.
Track SFA performance and coordinate with the factory, Sales, and Purchasing teams to respond effectively to any supply or demand changes.
Ensure optimal working capital management by controlling inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
S&OP Management
Coordinate S&OP activities to ensure supply readiness for production and sales across Gypsum, Frame, and Duraflex product lines.
Production Planning & Goods Coordination
Work with Production and relevant departments to develop production plans that optimize manufacturing efficiency while meeting market demand.
Monitor PSA indicators to ensure production plans are aligned with market requirements.
Coordinate product transfers and stock allocation based on storage capacity and customer supply requirements.
Raw Material Planning & OTIF Monitoring
Prepare raw material ordering plans in coordination with the Purchasing team and monitor material delivery to warehouse.
Track OTIF performance with the Purchasing team and coordinate timely solutions for any arising issues.
Inventory Management
Maintain optimal inventory levels in line with business needs, seasonal demand, and organizational direction.
Documentation & Transactions
Prepare monthly PRs for Supply Chain-related expenses.
Monitor, consolidate, and prepare reports as required by the department manager.
EHS Compliance
Comply with all factory safety and EHS regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Strong numerical, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
Basic understanding of key supply chain KPIs such as SFA, PSA, OTIF, and related performance indicators.
Ability to respond flexibly to challenging situations and provide timely, practical solutions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly, concisely, and logically.
Good listening skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, email, internet applications, and relevant professional software for daily work.
Proactive, accountable, and able to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and flexible working environment.
English communication skills are an advantage.
