Job Description

Our client is a leading construction material manufacturer who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:


  • Coordinate SOP activities to ensure adequate supply for production and sales operations.

  • Work closely with relevant departments, including Sales, Production, and Purchasing, to align sales, production, and material planning with the 12-month rolling forecast.

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales demand and material availability information from Purchasing.

  • Monitor PSA indicators and coordinate with the factory to make appropriate adjustments in line with actual production conditions.

  • Track SFA indicators and collaborate with the Factory, Sales, and Purchasing teams to respond promptly to arising issues, ensuring timely and efficient product supply.

  • Ensure working capital is optimized by managing finished goods and raw material inventory levels effectively.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager.

  • Requirements


    Education


    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.


    Experience


    • Strong numerical and data analysis skills.

    • Basic understanding of key performance indicators such as SFA, PSA, OTIF, and related metrics.

    • Ability to adapt quickly and respond flexibly to challenging situations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


    Communication Skills


    • Able to present information clearly, concisely, logically, and in an easy-to-understand manner that helps others grasp the key messages from the beginning.

    • Good listening skills, with a friendly and cooperative communication style that encourages others to share their ideas comfortably.


    Office Computer Skills


    • Proficient in office tools such as Word, Excel, email, internet, and relevant specialized software to support daily work effectively.


    Other Requirements


    • Self-motivated, responsible, and committed to completing assigned tasks.

    • Able to work well under pressure in a dynamic and flexible working environment.


    Language


    • Good English communication skills are an advantage.
