Job Description

Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a Planning & Control Student to join the Planning & Logistics team.

In this role, you will support planning, data analysis, and process improvement activities across the organization, working closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of work plans, KPIs, and management reports
  • Assist in defining and improving operational processes and work methods
  • Help coordinate and track timelines for operational activities
  • Participate in improving logistics and operational workflows
  • Work with information systems (ERP / BI) and help optimize existing processes
  • Conduct time studies, workload and productivity analysis, and support recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in manufacturing capacity analysis and bottleneck identification
  • Support the development of purchasing and production plans together with the team
  • Contribute to procurement process improvements and budget tracking tools
  • Assist in cost and yield analysis
  • Participate in cross-functional improvement projects across the organization
  • Provide backup support to the Supply Chain / Production Planner

Requirements

  • B.Sc. student in Industrial Engineering & Management (at least one year remaining)
  • Availability for 2–3 working days per week
  • Strong analytical and process-thinking skills
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or BI systems – an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and motivation for continuous improvement
