Support seamless cruise operations through accurate planning, booking and coordination.
We're looking for a Planning Specialist to support the end-to-end planning and booking process for cruise-related operations, including shore and river excursions, transfers and port services. You'll ensure that all operational data is accurately loaded and maintained in company systems, support planning and execution, provide orders to suppliers for pre-operation planning, and enable smooth coordination between business development, port delivery and other internal departments.
This is a key operational support role within the Regional Operations Hub, contributing to service quality, cost control and operational consistency across multiple destinations.
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is TUI's specialist cruise ship handling business, supporting cruise lines in destinations across the globe.
You'll be helping our cruise line partners and clients deliver seamless daily operations.
