Job Description

The Planning Specialist will serve as the front-end solution architect within the Global Planning & Implementation function.

This role is responsible for end-to-end solution design, feasibility assessments, capabilities evaluation, and operational modeling for new and complex opportunities across global life sciences logistics services.

This role will play a critical part in strengthening global planning discipline, reducing downstream rework, and enhancing commercial confidence through robust operational design.

Reports to: Global Senior Manager, Planning, Implementation, and Business Excellence.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Life Sciences, or related field or

  • 4–7+ years of experience in/Hands-on exposure to:

  • Life science/Clinical Logistics

  • Clinical Trial/Temperature-controlled Supply Chains

  • Global Freight Forwarding (Biological/Temperature Controlled)

  • Operational Solution Design

  • Feasibility or Implementation Planning roles

  • Strong understanding of UN3373 / IATA / CFR49

  • Regulatory processes

  • International Logistics Coordination

  • Experience supporting pricing models

  • Operational solution design preferred
