Job Number:

·Responsible for resources allocation, loading and levelling as applicable.

·Coordination with project manager for projects strategic targets.

·To assist project team in defining project subcontracting plan with highlighting subcontractor’s targets and milestones.

·Responsible for identifying project schedule critical path(s)

·Supervise preparation of project progress reports/presentation to assure the transfer of the actual situation with highlighting project risks to different stakeholders.

·Coordinating with different project disciplines to assure the validity of project schedules and awareness of risks.

·Approve, Monitor, analyze and study subcontractors’ baseline and updated schedules and its impact on the project master baseline schedule.

·Responsible to settle subcontractor’s performance indicators and highlight for performance deviations.

·To prepare delay analysis and projects time claims resolution.

·To participate and provide support for project cash flow & invoicing.
