RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and guide planning team leaders and engineers across multiple projects.
· Review and approve baseline schedules submitted by the planning team.
· Coordinate with the Planning Manager to set planning standards, templates, and procedures.
· Monitor and ensure progress updates are collected accurately and on time.
· Review look-ahead schedules and key milestones with project teams.
· Analyze the impact of variations, delays, and extensions of time and provide recommendations.
· Consolidate reports from different projects and submit summary reports to management.
· Support planning teams in preparing scenarios for decision-making during design and execution.
· Coordinate with cost engineers to validate progress-related data for invoicing and payments.
· Conduct regular reviews to ensure planning data quality and compliance with procedures.
· Support training and development of planning staff.
