Reporting to L4 – Business Finance Vehicle Sales
Monthly Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting for Trucks and Buses, covering both Domestic and Export markets.
Planning and Forecasting: Develop yearly planning and monthly forecasting models to support business and support senior management with various scenarios
Variance Analysis: Identify variances between planned and actual performance, provide insights on deviations, and recommend corrective measures to minimize discrepancies.
Management Dashboards: Create and maintain monthly dashboards for management reporting, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Transition Analysis: Prepare detailed transition reports to explain month-over-month, plan vs actual, changes in actuals and planning, highlighting the impact of key factors.
Co-ordination with Cost Controlling, Group Controlling, Accounting, Taxation and HQ for various planning & reporting requirements.
Process Improvement: Analyze current planning and reporting processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification Required - (B. Com/ BE/ B. Tech + MBA in Finance/ CMA)
Experience in Planning & Reporting/ FP&A preferred

Proficient in SAP
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Strong delivery skills especially with complex engagements
Knowledge of Management Accounting
Adept in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint and MS Power BI.
