Planning & Reliability Manager (m/f)

Ensuring all the activities that contribute to an efficient equipment maintenance process in terms of workshop organisation: planning, allocation of technical and human resources, stock control, technical assistance, compliance with safety rules, as well as operational management of the equipment sector: document management, cost control, preparation of management support reports and training.

Job Requirements and Competence Profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 5 years' professional experience in planning the maintenance of quarry or mining equipment;
• Solid knowledge of MS Office 365, in particular: Microsoft Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred);
• Fluency in English;
• Planning and organisation;
• Rigour and reliability;
• Leadership;
• Teamwork;
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy;
• Analysing and solving problems;
• Initiative, proactivity and resilience;
• Availability for mobility.
