Information about (MSC, Commercial, SQR etc.) department:

Manufacturing & Supply Chain (MSC) plays a vital role in delivering life-saving therapies globally within Care Enablement. With over 35 manufacturing sites and 23 distribution centers, MSC ensures the reliable production and distribution of high-quality devices for hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and acute care—reaching patients in approximately 150 countries.

The team oversees the full supply chain from manufacturing to delivery, focusing on operational excellence, product availability, and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Join our passionate team and help shape healthcare worldwide!

Summary about role:

To support business need, execute Finished Goods procurement planning in right time and in right quantities and optimize inventory level driving customer service satisfaction improvement and total supply chain cost effectiveness.

Responsibility:

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze historical data for demand planning meeting and procurement/inventory plan;

收集和分析历史数据，为需求规划会议和采购/库存计划提供支持;

• Facilitate the Demand Planning review with Business Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other related functions on monthly basis, and develop the 18-month rolling sales forecast by product (Approved Demand Statement);

按月与业务运营部，市场部，财务部等等相关职能进行需求计划的审核，并按产品制订18个月滚动销售预测（根据）;

• Support new product launch, registration renewal for existing products, etc. Ensure the supply is delivered according to the plan;

支持新产品的发布，现有产品注册续期等。确保供应按照计划交付;

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities including order place and follow up to ensure orders to be delivered timely;

管理日常采购活动，包括订单安排和跟进，确保订单及时交付;

• Manage reasonable inventory level, manage excess stock and short shelf life stock to reduce potential write-off cost;

管理库存至最优化水平，管理过剩库存和短缺库存，减少潜在的成本;

• Work closely with plants to align the net demand and master plan to ensure on time delivery to meet market requirement.

与工厂团队合作确保采购计划落实到生产计划，确保按时交货，满足市场的需求。

Candidate’s profile:

Education & Industry experience:

• commerce, supply chain management etc.

工程、国际贸易，供应链管理等专业本科学历

Position Experience:

职位工作经验要求：

• 6-8 years’ experience in inventory planning and demand planning

6-8年库存和需求计划工作经验

• Knowledge and experience in MRP, Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Management

具备MRP，销售和运营计划，需求管理知识及经验者优先

Skills and Competency:

技能及能力要求：

• Experience in SAP APO is preferred.

具备SAP，APO经验者优先

• Extensive experience of cross-function collaboration with oversea affiliates, marketing, sales, finance, RA

具备与海外关联企业，营销，销售，财务，注册等跨职能合作的丰富经验

• Strong analytical skills using Excel and presentation skills

能够通过Excel和演示技巧的展出色现的分析能力Good analysis skills
