In this role, you will lead the end-to-end production planning process, ensuring a stable flow of materials and products, excellent delivery performance, optimized inventory levels, and continuous improvement of lead times. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of production planning professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Oversee production planning activities to ensure efficient material and product flow across the organization.
  • Manage backlog performance, order fulfillment priorities, and lead time improvement initiatives to support customer satisfaction and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to balance demand, production capacity, and inventory requirements.
  • Identify and address planning constraints and bottlenecks while making data-driven decisions that balance service, inventory, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive inventory optimization strategies, including planning parameters, replenishment models, and inventory management processes.
  • Maintain and continuously improve planning systems and key planning parameters to support operational effectiveness.
  • Lead or support projects focused on process improvement, standardization, innovation, automation, and performance enhancement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to delivery reliability, lead times, inventory health, planning efficiency, and operational execution, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and workplace standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Experience leading production planning, supply chain, manufacturing planning, logistics, or related operational processes.
  • Experience guiding, mentoring, or coordinating teams in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actions.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and make balanced decisions aligned with business objectives.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Professional proficiency in English to support communication within a global business environment.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and customer-focused results.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Background in production planning, supply chain management, operations management, logistics, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory optimization methodologies, Kanban systems, MRP/APS planning tools, or make-to-order environments.
  • Experience leading operational excellence, transformation, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, and supply chain performance management.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment with a strong customer service focus.
