We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Planning Manager to lead the Malta manufacturing planning team. This role will play a key part in optimizing plant loading, ensuring planning efficiency, and supporting business continuity through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate the planning team and its core activities.
  • Ensure the development of production plans based on demand assessment versus plant capacity through the SOP/SOE processes.
  • Update short-term capacity profiles to best adapt to changes in demand.
  • Monitor and follow up on the execution of production plans in collaboration with Operations.
  • Coordinate commitments for critical products and manage communication with business counterparts.
  • Monitor planning and service KPIs at both local and central levels.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate shall:

  • A Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • APICS and DDL certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Business proficiency in English.
