The Site Planning Manager is responsible for leading site planning activities and site daily SAP operation to ensure effective alignment between demand and supply, supporting on-time order delivery, inventory health, and overall operational stability.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
Manage and coach Site Planning team to achieve supply chain targets in daily operations, including EOP, Yield, GR/GI efficiency and accuracy
S&OP Management: Organize monthly S&OP meetings with Commercial teams. Proactively identify potential supply risk based on rolling fcst. Sales Order Fulfillment: Coordinate site resources to fulfil SO delivery commitments. Provide early warning and escalation on potential delivery risks.
Stock Accuracy: Support Warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy. Organize annual/daily stocktaking activities. Monitor and control slow-moving, expiry, and risk inventory in site.
Perform analysis to improve site planning/operation efficiency & accuracy.
Education : Bachelor Degree in related field (biochemistry, biopharma, pharma, life sciences).
