LaBella Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Intern to join our Planning Team in the Glens Falls and Rochester offices for the summer. This is a paid,part-time summer position offering hands-on experience in community planning, brownfield redevelopment, and downtown revitalization projects throughout Upstate New York. This internship provides an opportunity to work directly with planners, engineers, environmental specialists, and landscape architects on meaningful projects that shape communities.
LaBella Associates is a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm serving public and private clients across the Northeast and beyond. Our Planning Team works on Comprehensive Plans, Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) plans, waterfront revitalization strategies, grant applications, corridor studies, zoning updates, and implementation strategies that help communities move from vision to action.

As a Planning Intern, you will support a variety of active planning and revitalization projects. Responsibilities may include:
You will gain exposure to real-world planning challenges and contribute to deliverables used by municipalities and state agencies.
Salary Range: $16 - $20/hr.
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
