The opportunity

Join our team in a key support role within Planning & Fulfillment and help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience and develop in an international environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and build a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes across both direct and indirect operations.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support the procurement of goods and services across the organization

  • Contribute to indirect operations, including office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, and spare parts

  • Assist in direct operations, such as sourcing raw materials and services for production or construction

  • Support procurement activities along the full process (e.g. sourcing, supplier coordination, order handling)

  • Gradually contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives as you develop in the role

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks in line with defined processes

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

  • Build knowledge and expertise under guidance in a structured learning environment

Your background

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar administrative environment

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
