The opportunity
Join our team in a key support role within Planning & Fulfillment and help ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations. This position is ideal for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience and develop in an international environment. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and build a solid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes across both direct and indirect operations.
How you’ll make an impact
Support the procurement of goods and services across the organization
Contribute to indirect operations, including office supplies, IT equipment, travel, maintenance, and spare parts
Assist in direct operations, such as sourcing raw materials and services for production or construction
Support procurement activities along the full process (e.g. sourcing, supplier coordination, order handling)
Gradually contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives as you develop in the role
Ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks in line with defined processes
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Build knowledge and expertise under guidance in a structured learning environment
Your background
Completed commercial apprenticeship
1–2 years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar administrative environment
Fluent in German and English
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
