Job Title: Planning Engineer Steel (Offshore)

Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience: 1012 years in maintenance, with minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Engineer
We are looking for a Planning Engineer Steel to support offshore maintenance operations by planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for steel/static equipment. Responsibilities include developing Annual Work Schedules (AWS), issuing work orders via CMMS, evaluating backlog, optimizing resources, conducting field walkdowns, and participating in cost estimation and bid packages. The role requires strong coordination with operations and other departments to ensure minimal downtime and efficient execution.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in CMMS, Primavera P6, MS Office, MS Projects
Strong knowledge of static equipment, planning techniques, and maintenance principles
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Effective communication, teamwork, and coordination skill
