• 
  Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Maintenance Plant Program(Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, CILT) according to the master schedule.
• 
  Prepare reports and standardize maintenance costs, energy costs versus budget, and the top 5 breakdowns weekly for each plant.
• 
  Accountable for executing equipment monitoring using the CILT Predictive program to maintain all rotating equipment.
• 
  Responsible for creating schedules, implementing, and overseeing the execution of plant shutdown maintenance.
• 
  Develop master data maintenance for SAP system foundations such as function location, maintenance plant, task lists, equipment, and BOM for each machine.
• 
  Establish standard spare parts inventory management including creating norms, standard nomenclature, developing MSL ERP systems, and classifying types of norms based on critical spare parts, fast-moving, and slow-moving items.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, and other related field.
• 
  Understanding the process flow of the maintenance system.
• 
  Familiarity with SAP PM module concepts and using SAP systems.
• 
  Possessing over 5 years of work experience in FMCG manufacturing.
• 
  Proficient in basic knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical, and instrumentation.
