Job Responsibilities:
Assist Project Manager in the implementation and monitoring of project baseline programme with the given milestones
Preparing and manage overall master programmes, critical path mapping, delay analysis, overall construction sequences review, schedule and interface programme impact study
To prepare and submit monthly progress report
Participate all meeting (ie. Schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, constructability review meeting and so on)
Record / Document weekly progress meeting held with the client, consultants and sub-contractors
Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction planning and programme co-ordination for major infrastructure projects
Experienced in Primavera is preferred
Well-versed in sequence of works and authority requirements
Proficient in planning works and material schedules
