Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates).
Monitor project progress and identify delays or deviations from the plan.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to ensure schedule alignment.
Prepare progress reports, lookahead plans, and schedule updates.
Support resource planning and allocation in line with project timelines.
Analyze critical paths and propose mitigation or recovery plans.
Track project milestones and ensure timely achievement.
Assist in cost and time impact analysis related to changes and delays.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
Proficiency in planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Strong understanding of project planning and scheduling principles.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
