The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects, managing resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of work in accordance with project timelines. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans, including critical path analysis and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with project team members to ensure project timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively.
• Proactively identify project risks or issues and develop contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Apply knowledge of engineering principles and practices to solve complex technical problems.
• Conduct regular project progress meetings to review progress, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Utilize project management software and tools effectively to carry out planning and scheduling activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop practical solutions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
