Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and timelines using project management tools.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Monitor resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and timelines.
• Perform risk analysis and provide solutions to minimize project risks.
• Collaborate with the construction team to adjust schedules and plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and resource management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
