Job Description

• Creating & Obtaining Approval of Planning Package/ Project Baseline Schedule as per Contract Requirement.

• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project & MS Office

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and site engineers to gather information for accurate planning & Monitoring.

• Monthly/ Weekly Tracking of Project Activities, Generating Look Ahead

• Monthly/ Weekly Project Reports Internal and External

• Preparing & Monitoring Project Invoicing Plan

• Creating Interim Payment Application as per Contract and Coordinate with PM to obtain certifications from Client

• Identify delays or deviations and propose mitigation measures to ensure timely project delivery.

• Recording, Monitoring of Delay Events and Impacts on Schedule

• Knowledgeable in Preparation of Extension of Time Claim and Associated Costs
