Role Purpose

This role exists to strategically lead and drivebusinesswaste management processes for the LATAM BG, ensuring strong alignment among planners, finance teams, and Customer Operations leadership.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure the activity calendar and processes for monthly closing and reporting of Business Waste results.

  • Ensure the activity calendar and processes for closing and reporting the YTG business waste projection.

  • Guaranteeall necessary evidence for compliance audits, in partnership with the Finance team.

  • Develop automations tooptimizeBusiness Waste data processing.

  • Lead the development plan for the area’s intern.

  • Ensure execution of Liquidation processes, directing near-expiry products to donations or sales through specific channels.

  • Interpret, test, and implement improvement and change initiatives defined by global planning stakeholders.

  • Ensure usability of technology tools applied to Business Waste processes, leading correction, improvement, and training initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in planning, supply, and/or demand roles.

  • Advanced English.

  • Knowledge of Company tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Degree completed or in progress inDigiOps

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

  • Organized and structuredprofile

  • Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Spanish.

  • Background in data analytics.
