Job Description

Richter Office Montreal

Reporting to the Operations Lead and Senior Director, you will be responsible for maintaining the FOS team’s schedule according to management and partner requests. You will primarily support the team by planning, coordinating and forecasting the distribution of available work hours for each team member. You will also act as a resource for the management team in providing various administrative tasks required to service our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Administer the workflow and schedule per the business’ needs.
  • Update the schedule using software and tools on a timely basis.
  • Organize, prepare and communicate information to the team related to the schedule, such as absence management, onboarding of new team members, training, etc.
  • Review and include team member absence requests on the schedule in a timely fashion, including vacation, time off, study leaves, etc.
  • Liaise between employees, management and Human Resources and participate in various administrative functions.
  • Assist the Operations Lead with reporting and budgeting process.
  • Participate in any special projects, as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and others:

  • DEC, AEC or DEP in an administration related field;
  • 3 years in a similar position and/or experience in a professional environment;
  • Experience in coordinating workflow, schedules and projects.
  • Bilingual, French and English;
  • Strong computer skills, including excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel);
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly;
  • Team player with a positive attitude;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Ability to manage stress and mulitple priorities;
  • Detail-oriented and accurate;
  • Flexibility to work overtime, when necessary.
  • In-office presence required.

The salary range for this position is $54,000–$82,000, and employees may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Compensation complies with applicable pay transparency legislation and is regularly reviewed to stay market competitive. Salaries within the range reflect individual contributions and are based on objective factors such as internal equity, experience, education, role scope, and required skills
