We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Coordinator (12 month FTC) based in our London office:
Department Overview:
The Department Store and Ecommerce channels sit within the Wholesale team at Michael Kors and manage a portfolio of 20+ partners across EMEA, delivering gross sales in excess of €200M.
The Planning function defines the strategic direction for the business and works closely with Buying, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Visual Merchandising to maximise commercial opportunities and drive performance.
The team operates in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, remaining agile and highly responsive to evolving partner needs
Who You Are:
You are energetic, reliable, and self‑motivated, with strong communication skills. You thrive in an evolving, fast-paced environment and are naturally curious. You are comfortable working across multiple priorities, communicating with stakeholders at all levels, and maintaining high accuracy in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
The primary purpose is to support the Wholesale Planning team in ensuring accurate processing of partner-provided line level sales and stock data, and the ongoing maintenance of planning tools, processes, and databases. This provides visibility to all Wholesale functions (Planning, Buying, Sales, Finance), enabling timely and effective trade monitoring and maximising commercial opportunities.
