Job Description

Planning & Coordination Executive (PIMO Department)

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field with project coordination, planning, or operations monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning & Scheduling

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities
  • Ensure resource planning and allocation support

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
  • Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and changes

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and status reports
  • Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate when required
  • Maintain dashboards and project tracking tools

Operational Support

  • Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to processes
  • Assist in procurement coordination, logistics, and vendor follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and project standards

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts, reports, and approvals
  • Support audits and internal reviews
