Planning & Coordination Executive (PIMO Department)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field with project coordination, planning, or operations monitoring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Planning & Scheduling
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project activities
- Ensure resource planning and allocation support
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of coordination between departments and stakeholders
- Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and changes
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and status reports
- Identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks; escalate when required
- Maintain dashboards and project tracking tools
Operational Support
- Support implementation activities and ensure adherence to processes
- Assist in procurement coordination, logistics, and vendor follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and project standards
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Ensure proper filing of contracts, reports, and approvals
- Support audits and internal reviews
