Job Description

We are recruiting a Planning BPO Divisional Lead to strengthen our Supply Chain Excellence team and support Huntsman’s ongoing operational and digital transformation.

In this role, you will lead regional and global initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our Plan‑to‑Produce processes. You will drive the optimization of production planning systems, standards, and ways of working, ensuring consistent and robust deployment across sites.

The successful candidate is project‑driven, structured, and analytical, with a strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization. You bring solid experience in Production Planning, supported by strong SAP PP/MMexpertise, or a consulting background with a focus on SAP PP/MM implementations and transformations.

Role Responsibilities

As a Planning BPO Divisional lead, you willbe responsible for:

  • Acting asBusinessProcess Owner (BPO) for end‑to‑end Planning (Plan‑to‑Produce) processes.

  • Serving asfunctionalowner for SAP PP/MM, translating business requirements into system design, and supporting solution design, testing, and deployment.

  • Driving standardization, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of planning processes and activities.

  • Leading regional and global supply chain and production planning projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategicobjectives

  • Representingthe EAME region in global PP/BPO forums and cross‑functional initiatives.

  • Supporting process improvements related to quality, compliance, and operational performance.

  • Facilitating capability building, training, and knowledge sharing across planning communities.

  • Working closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, IT, Automation, PMO, and site operational teams.

  • Influencing stakeholders without direct authority and ensuring adoption of new processes and ways of working.

  • Participating in process reviews and audits to ensure compliance and continuous process enhancement.

Experience and Competencies

What we are looking for:

  • Strong background in Supply Chain Planning or Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.

  • Expert knowledge of SAP PP/MM.

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally across multiple sites or in a global context.

  • Strong process ownership mindset, with experience in process mapping and continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex process topics for both operational teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong active listening skills, the ability to challenge constructively, and confidence to influence without authority.

  • Resilience, autonomy, and adaptability in a complex and dynamic environment.

  • Experience with quality‑related processes (e.g.compliance, investigations) is an advantage.

  • Consulting experience or a consulting‑style approach (structured thinking, clarity, stakeholder engagement) is a plus.
