  • Mentor and develop scheduling professionals while promoting consistent scheduling methodologies and best practices.
  • Support company-wide training initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and project controls.
  • Collaborate with business development and preconstruction teams by developing pursuit schedules and evaluating project risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling processes, technology, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, project stakeholders, and internal leadership to support successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, including significant responsibility for planning and scheduling functions.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, Scheduler, or Project Controls professional is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
    • Construction sequencing and logistics
    • Project planning and resource management
    • 4D scheduling and visual planning methodologies
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, procurement processes, contracts, and project delivery methods.
  • Experience identifying scheduling risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Knowledge of schedule documentation, claims avoidance, and project controls best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven success working within collaborative, multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Willingness to travel as project assignments require.

Benefits

  • Competitive Base Salary: $125,000–$190,000+ (commensurate with experience and location)
  • Annual performance incentive bonus
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching contributions
  • Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and additional paid leave programs
  • Employer-paid Life Insurance, AD&D, and Disability Coverage
  • Employee wellness and mental health support programs
  • Tuition Reimbursement
  • Adoption Assistance Program
  • Fitness and wellness discounts
