The Planning and Operations Specialist is a key member of the Usage Governance team. This role involves direct interaction with Global Usage Program Managers, Sales teams, and related Management teams.
This position is diverse in nature, providing support for a variety of established programs, including program performance analysis. Additionally, the Analyst will assist in the creation and validation testing of new revenue-generating programs.
Key Responsibilities
Process usage program tasks through related tools, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
Execute all back-office processes via Salesforce and other reporting tools, including opportunity maintenance (opening, approval, closure).
Manage invoices and create reports to identify revenue achievements and revenue loss.
Conduct analysis to identify areas of concern by Region, Product, or Market.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data; identify and correct inconsistencies promptly.
Create, update, implement, and maintain program policies, processes, and guidelines.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and global stakeholders.
Required Skills
Experience creating dashboards using Power BI; additional experience with Tableau is a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce Reporting
Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables with shifting priorities.
Strong experience in deadline-driven project management.
Expertise in managing large datasets and problem-solving.
Advanced SQL skills, including pulling and processing data from Snowflake
Expert-level Excel skills, including macro creation.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Process management experience, including process mapping.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
Shift flexibility (key clients are based in the Americas).
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Salesforce Knowledge
Monitor Salesforce opportunities and activity.
Manage opportunities based on current client data.
Respond promptly to global member and stakeholder queries.
Support onboarding of new members onto Salesforce.
Assist members in testing new programs or revenue opportunities.
Act as a single point of contact for inquiries related to programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and sales.
