As a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll sit at the center of the supply chain, connecting demand, inventory, and execution to deliver reliable outcomes for customers worldwide. This role offers a dynamic mix of analytical work and cross-functional collaboration, giving you visibility across operations while empowering you to influence real business decisions.

You’ll partner closely with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to translate demand signals into actionable plans. Using data, forecasting tools, and ERP systems, you’ll help optimize inventory, reduce risk, and keep delivery commitments on track—even when conditions change. This is an opportunity to expand your supply chain expertise, strengthen your strategic thinking, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Build and refine demand forecasts using data, trends, and stakeholder input

  • Balance inventory levels to meet customer needs while managing cost and risk

  • Coordinate supply plans across production, procurement, logistics, and sales

  • Track planning and fulfillment KPIs and drive improvement actions

  • Use ERP and supply chain systems to manage orders and inventory

  • Resolve supply chain disruptions with a focus on delivery reliability

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lead-time reduction efforts

  • Prepare performance updates and insights for stakeholders

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in planning, inventory, or supply chain roles

  • Experience working with ERP and supply chain management systems

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and trends

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)

  • Knowledge of forecasting and inventory optimization practices
