This position reports to:

EG Global Solutions Center Manager

This role is contributing to the {Solutions business line /ELDS } in {Egypt , MEA and Southern Europe}.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Owning the site supply planning process.
• Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Running a short-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
• Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and Supply units (feeder factories).

1. Planning & Scheduling Tools

• Gantt charts & Critical Path Method (CPM)
• Project Management software (SAP, MS Project, Primavera)
• Production scheduling systems
• Capacity planning tools
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Bill of Materials (BOM) management
• Demand forecasting
• Supplier coordination & lead time management
• Resource allocation & optimization

1. Data & Analytics

• Advanced Excel/data analysis
• KPI tracking & performance metrics
• Forecasting models

3. ERP Systems

• SAP or equivalent enterprise systems
• Real-time data visibility & reporting

Working in same electrical industry is a plus

• Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have {7-10} years of experience in {same industry}
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in { SAP/ERP systems, production scheduling methodologies, materials requirement planning (MRP), capacity planning tools, demand forecasting, and supplier coordination protocols }
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of { BSc in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required. A background in Electrical Engineering is preferred given the technical nature of the product portfolio }
• You are at ease communicating in {English}
